Shipping Policy – Ebony Beauté (South Korea)
1. Shipping Areas & Delivery Times
Ebony Beauté currently ships within South Korea only.
- Standard Delivery (Korea): 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Jeju & Remote Islands: 2–5 business days; additional fees may apply.
- Orders placed after 3 PM are processed the next business day.
- No shipping on weekends or public holidays.
A tracking number will be sent via email/SMS as soon as the order is shipped.
2. Shipping Fees
- Standard delivery: ₩3,000
- Free shipping for orders over ₩50,000 (modifiable)
- Jeju & mountain regions: add ₩3,000–₩5,000 depending on courier.
We use trusted Korean couriers such as CJ Logistics, Lotte Courier, Hanjin, or Korea Post.
3. Address Issues
Please ensure your full and accurate Korean address (including building name, unit number, and postal code and phone number).
If the courier returns the package due to:
- wrong address
- unreachable phone number
- repeated delivery attempts
→ reshipping fees will be at the customer’s charge.
Return & Refund Policy – Ebony Beauté (South Korea)
1. General Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving the product, in compliance with the Korean e-Commerce Law (전자상거래법).
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Safety seal and hygiene seal must be intact.
- All accessories, gifts, or samples must be included.
⚠️Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations in South Korea.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened products
- Products with broken seals
- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Customized sets
- Free gifts or samples
- Products exposed to heat, moisture, or improper storage
3. Return Procedure
To request a return:
- Contact us at customers@ebony-beaute.com with:
- Order number
- Name
- Product(s) to return
- Reason for return
- The return address is: AP Logistics Co., Ltd Unit 7-3, 7th Floor, 95-4 Hangdong 7-ga, Jung-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea (에이피로지스 인천 중구 항동7가 95-4 7층 7-3호)
- Return the item via trackable courier (CJ, Lotte, Hanjin, Post Office).
- After inspection, we will confirm eligibility.
Keep your tracking number until the process is complete.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong:
Ebony Beauté covers return shipping and resending. - If the customer changes their mind:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. - If the first delivery was free:
The original shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is checked and approved.
Processing time:
- Refund approval: within 3–5 business days
- Refund back to original payment method: 5–10 business days depending on card issuer or bank system
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photo or video evidence.
We will arrange:
- replacement
- reshipment
- or full refund (including shipping)
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations must follow the return procedure.
