Warnings:

Carefully follow all instructions on the instruction sheet inside the kit box to avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss, and eye injury. This product contains alkali. Do not use if the scalp is irritated or injured. Do not use on hair that has been treated with a thioglycolate-based product (curly perms). Do not use on bleached hair or permanently colored hair that is breaking, splitting, or otherwise damaged.
If the hair has been previously relaxed, apply only to new growth as directed in the instruction sheet. If the relaxer causes skin or scalp irritation, rinse immediately and wash with the neutralizing shampoo included in this kit. If irritation persists or hair loss occurs, consult a doctor.
Keep away from eyes. May cause blindness. If the relaxer comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water and consult a doctor.
Serious injury may occur if a relaxer and/or activator is ingested. In case of ingestion, contact a doctor immediately.
Hair is flammable; always keep hair away from sparks, open flames, and excessive heat.
