Why can't I see the progress or status of my order?

Please keep in mind that our office hours are Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM. All orders made before 2pm will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders made after 2PM will be processed and shipped on the following business day. If you place an order after 2PM on Friday, it will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

We can assure you that if you received the “Order Confirmation” email, your order has been received and is in line for processing. After the “Order Confirmation” email, we do not contact you unless there is a change in your order or it has been shipped. Then you will receive a “Confirmation of Shipment” message from the shipping carrier.

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, there can be no changes made to the order. The order would have to be cancelled and a new order must be placed. For changes regarding your order information (e.g., address, name, number) you may submit our “Contact Us – Online Order Form” with the relevant fields for assistance.

It could take up to 5 business days for you to receive the funds once you receive a confirmation email of the credit memo. We are only able to refund to the card that was used to pay for the purchase.
Our system only allows for refunds to the same method of purchase. We are unable to change any personal information due to security issues. You may get an exchange instead of a refund.

Most hair online are available in more colors than listed. If you are looking for a particular color, you can submit a request to our email contact@ebony-beaute.com. Our team members will check the requested item’s availability, calculate the cost, and contact you to place the order.

  • Fill a basin with lukewarm water.
  • Use shampoo and conditioner gently.
  • Detangle with a widetooth comb or brush and rinse.
  • Apply hair care products as desired.
  • Set and dry naturally.
  • Style as desired.

  • Gently brush the hair with a wig brush or wide tooth comb to remove all tangles and loosen dirt.
  • Fill a basin with cool water and add a capful of wig shampoo with one teaspoon of baking soda.
  • Submerge the hair in the water and swish it around gently for one minute.
  • Do not rub the hair.
  • Allow the hair to soak for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the hair from the water and rinse it thoroughly with cold running water.
  • Gently squeeze the hair to remove water. Do not wring or twist the wig.
  • Spray it with silicone spray or synthetic hair conditioner. Apply the conditioner as you would hairspray.
  • Allow the hair to air dry.

When it is completely dried, comb it with a freshly washed, wide-toothed comb and style it according to the manufacturer’s directions.
